We are a property management and serviced accommodation provider to cater to a range of guests looking for short term lets for work, leisure and travel purposes. We work with the landlords of our listed properties to ensure them guaranteed monthly rent and exceptional maintenance of the properties whilst creating an exceptional stay for our guests, done the Luxe way!
OUR PURPOSE
The industry of serviced accommodation and short term lettings is on the rise, seeing an exponential growth in popularity over the years and is arguably becoming more favoured over booking traditional hotels. We work with companies in Manchester such as the NHS, Amazon and Manchester airport to house their professional employees. Serviced accommodation allows our professional guests to feel like they have their own personal space to cater for themselves whilst having all the traditional hotel amenities at their disposal. We aim to provide a supply for this demand in a unique and luxe way.

The viewing
We conduct viewings with landlords, specialising in high quality houses and apartments.
The offer
If the property is suitable and the landlord has agreed to the business strategy, we put in an offer to rent the property, providing guaranteed monthly rent for a period of 3-5 years. We provide all necessary documents so no need to worry!
Cosmetic refurbishments and stress free management
Upon signature of the lease, our power team will conduct necessary cosmetic refurbishments as discussed and agreed with the landlord - at no cost to them at all! From here, we deal with all maintenance and management whilst our landlord is stress free knowing their property will be in luxe condition.
